On June 14, 2021, at ~9:09 pm UTC, Microsoft indicated that they were investigating a Teams issue impacting PSTN calls, with Australia as the impacted region.


Within the hour, Microsoft added additional details indicating that the impacted region may extend beyond Australia but that the issue had been identified and steps were already underway to mitigate.


At ~10:36 pm UTC, approximately 90 minutes from their first report, Microsoft announced that the issue was fully resolved.
