The EMS 5.0 release includes many benefits that will make the jobs of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint administrators easier while at the same time increasing service availability. More and more enterprise companies are seeing the value of Microsoft’s Office 365 offering and are deploying Hybrid environments. These deployments present several moving parts that need to be monitored in order to ensure reliable messaging services. EMS 5.0 now provides the ability to monitor all the key aspects of Hybrid deployments, including the ADFS infrastructure, DirSync and the Exchange Online infrastructure. In addition to making it easier to troubleshoot these complex environments, the EMS 5.0 release also provides increased reporting capabilities, including mailbox permissions, license and mobile device usage in the cloud. Other highlights include the ability to audit administrative changes made to on premise Exchange servers, and several new SharePoint permission and usage reports.

The ENow team enjoyed a great week at Microsoft TechEd 2012 in Orlando and would like to thank all of the attendees who visited our booth.  We especially enjoyed seeing many of our existing customers who are utilizing Mailscape, Compass, GALsync and ForeSite, our award-winning tools for Exchange monitoring and reporting, Active Directory management, and SharePoint monitoring.  And we are excited about the enthusiastic response we received from the IT professionals who spoke with us and viewed product demonstrations.  In addition, we handed out hundreds of ENow SWAG bags and had people searching us out for one of the hottest items at the show.  Check out Jay and Carlos lining up the bags to hand out.
