ENow’s 2025 Year in Review

ENow achieved impressive wins and created memorable moments in 2025. From conferences/tradeshows to tech parties and employee-growth seminars, last year was a year to remember. Join us as we recap some of our favorite ENow moments.   

A Year of Collaboration & Security Conferences

Microsoft 365 Community Conference  

In May, we traveled to Las Vegas, NV to attend the Microsoft 365 Community Conference. The conference had over 200 sessions, including keynotes, workshops, breakouts, and hands-on demos. Some of the topics covered were Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform.  

ENow sponsored the conference as an exhibitor. Our team had a great time connecting with other Microsoft community members. We highlighted our products that provide deep visibility into Microsoft 365 with capabilities for License Optimization, Governance, and Reporting and Monitoring. 

We also hosted our infamous ScheduledMaintenance party at Hakkasan Night Club. ScheduledMaintenance is a featured party at select Microsoft IT conferences. It was created by ENow and first launched in 2014 at the Lync Conference. It is recognized and attended by IT leaders, MVPs, and Microsoft teams in the Azure and M365 communities. Our sponsors for this ScheduledMaintenance were TrnDigital, SCB Global Ltd., and KiZAN. 

Identiverse 2025   

In June, we headed back to Las Vegas, NV as a proud sponsor of Identiverse 2025.  Identiverse is an annual conference that shapes the future of identity security. It’s dedicated to the digital identity, cybersecurity, and privacy community.  

At our booth, we demonstrated how our solutions for Microsoft Entra ID application Governance, Active Directory Monitoring, and Microsoft 365 Governance reduce security gaps and protect identities and data. 

TechCon 365

Later in June, we flew to Seattle, Washington, as exhibitors at TechCon 365. This conference is dedicated to Microsoft 365 tools and technologies, empowering Microsoft users to maximize workplace productivity.  

At our booth, attendees could test their speed skills on our racing simulator and discover how ENow accelerates their Microsoft 365 and Entra ID optimization and protection efforts. 

Microsoft Ignite 2025  

ENow ended the year in San Francisco at Microsoft Ignite 2025. Every year, Microsoft unveils big announcements regarding updates to technology and services that keep our industry propelling forward.  

This year’s keynotes and sessions were focused on the “intelligence revolution.” Check out our recap of Day 1 here.  

Highlights worth your attention: 

• Agent 365: the new control plane to govern AI agents at scale 

• Work IQ: the intelligence layer that actually knows your job 

• Security Copilot now included in M365 E5 

• Office & Teams collaboration agents that automate real workflows 

• Model Router GA delivering 50% lower latency + higher quality 

We also wrote about The Shockwave: 5 Staggering Statistics from Microsoft Ignite 2025. Microsoft revealed that organizations are rapidly entering the Agentic Enterprise era, driven by an explosion of AI agents, massive gains in security speed, plummeting AI costs, and an urgent need for new workforce skills.

We hosted our ScheduledMaintenance party in San Francisco as well.  We were joined by our sponsors KiZAN and Momentum. Attendees included some of the best in the Microsoft Community and MVPs.

ENow Product Releases in 2025 

As the tech industry continues to grow, ENow is committed to improving its products to provide our clients and partners with new features and enhancements to confidently manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange On-Prem. We pride ourselves on co-innovating with our clients and evolving alongside the new challenges and pressures our clients face.    

ENow 8.3 

ENow 8.3, released in April, was focused on detailed cost insights for Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Other key features included a new Copilot Center dashboard for Copilot organizational readiness, license readiness, adoption, and ROI insights. 
 
Additionally, our Microsoft 365 License Optimization Practice now offers an option for Negotiation Services to further optimize your next Microsoft Licensing Agreement.

True Adoption Center v1.1  

ENow’s True Adoption Center v1.1 is changing the way IT and Adoption teams approach Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 workloads. With this update, ENow makes it easier than ever to:  

• Secure your SharePoint & OneDrive data before Copilot goes live

• Reclaim underutilized seats

• Identify high-value users by persona or department

• Quantify ROI for every Copilot license

The Copilot Center Dashboard gives CIOs, IT Directors, and Adoption Leads everything they need to align their AI investments with actual business value.

ENow App Governance Accelerator 3.0 Enterprise for Entra ID  

ENow App Governance Accelerator 3.0 was released in July. With this release, IT and security teams can control application sprawl, stop privilege creep, and automate remediation before attackers take notice.  

This release empowers IT and security teams with: 

• Automated remediation of risky apps 

• Smart user engagement workflows 

• Real-time visibility into application risk 

• Role-based access for governance at scale 

• A brand-new API Permissions report to prevent privilege creep

EMS 8.5  

In August, we released EMS 8.5. The release focused on reducing noise, improving response times, and optimizing Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory environments.  

Features included:  

• Alert Stabilization – Focus only on actionable alerts 

• Targeted Email Policies – Get alerts to the right team, every time 

• Microsoft Entra OIDC Integration – Secure, seamless authentication 

• Streamlined Web Console Management

ENow App Governance Accelerator 3.1  

ENow built this release for security engineers, identity architects, and IT pros who are tired of flying blind. For way too long, IT and security teams have been stuck toggling between tabs, chasing ownerless apps, and playing defense against misconfigured OAuth apps and expired SAML certs. With 3.1, that ends.   

The release included: Unified App View, automated workflows and role-based controls, tracking app ownership without granting risky permissions, a new SSO SAML Certificate report, a customizable AppGov Score, and a revamped UI and streamlined reporting.

Closing out 2025
